I’m Shannon Burke, founder of First Light Buyers Advocacy. I believe buyers deserve someone firmly in their corner—someone who listens, asks the hard questions and puts their best interests first. My background spans military aviation and mechanical trades with more than 20 years of leadership roles. Those experiences have shaped how I work: thorough preparation, clear communication, attention to detail and a calm approach under pressure. I bring that same discipline and determination to helping clients find and secure the right property. Based in Melbourne’s south-east, I focus on Frankston, the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs, supporting buyers purchasing their first home, finding more room for their family or building an investment portfolio. As a partner and father of two, I understand that a property purchase is about more than the numbers. It’s about your family, your future and what matters to you. My role is to give you honest advice, advocate confidently on your behalf and help you make a decision you feel comfortable with, even when that means walking away.
