What ListHQ does
The capabilities below describe the private-preview platform, not services currently open to every visitor.
- Multilingual listing tools are designed to help invited agents prepare listings in multiple languages. Public property search is not yet open.
- Voice-to-listing tools are designed to help invited agents prepare a listing description from a voice note.
- Pocket Listings form part of the private-preview platform for off-market property workflows; this is not a public property-search service.
- Halo is designed to match buyer briefs with agent responses. Posting a buyer brief is not yet open to the public.
- Private-preview trust accounting tools are designed to support the record-keeping requirements of Australian state trust-account legislation — including the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW), the Estate Agents Act 1980 (Vic) and the Agents Financial Administration Act 2014 (Qld). Licence holders remain responsible for their own statutory trust accounting obligations.
- Private-preview property management tools are designed for multilingual landlord and tenant relationships, with access by invitation.
- The private-preview CRM is designed for agent lead management and buyer communication, with access by invitation.
- Search alerts are not yet open to the public. They are designed to notify buyers about listings matching their criteria in their preferred language.
Why multilingual property search matters in Australia
Australia is a country where a large share of people speak a language other than English at home, as recorded by the Australian Bureau of Statistics in the Census. Property, meanwhile, is one of the largest and most consequential transactions most households ever make — and it has largely been conducted in English only.
That gap has a cost: contract terms, strata reports, price guides and auction rules are difficult enough in a first language. ListHQ treats language as part of the product rather than an add-on, so the same information reaches everyone.
ListHQ is built for multilingual property communication. Public buying guides are available in selected languages; property search remains in private preview. The languages below illustrate communities ListHQ aims to serve, not a promise that every feature is publicly available in every language.

Who founded ListHQ
ListHQ was founded by Alan Perry, who built the platform around a simple observation: the Australian property market is multicultural, and the tools serving it are not. The company is Australian-based and focused on the Australian market.
