What is included in each plan?

Every plan includes the full ListHQ platform — multilingual listings, the AI-assisted CRM, property management and trust accounting built for Australian state trust-account rules. The plans differ in scale rather than capability: Solo suits an individual agent, Agency covers a team, and Agency Pro is built for larger offices with more seats and higher included usage.

  • Solo — for the individual agent running their own book of business.
  • Agency — for a team sharing listings, contacts and pipelines.
  • Agency Pro — for larger offices needing more seats and greater included capacity.

Plan prices are listed above, and enterprise arrangements are available on request.

More on what agents pay: compare ListHQ plans, what REA advertising costs, and portal fees for agents.

What is founding-agent pricing?

Founding-agent pricing is a rate offered to agencies that join ListHQ early and is held fixed for twelve months from the start of the subscription. After that period the plan moves to the standard published rate. Annual billing is also available at a discount to paying monthly.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You can move between Solo, Agency and Agency Pro as your team changes, and the difference is applied to your billing from the change. Adding seats mid-term is handled the same way, so a growing agency is not stuck on the plan it started with.

Is there a contract?

ListHQ is a subscription, not a long lock-in contract. Monthly plans continue until you cancel, and annual plans run for the year you have paid for. The terms that apply to your subscription are set out in the ListHQ terms of service.

What does ListHQ replace?

For most agencies, one subscription takes the place of a separate CRM, a listing and portal upload tool, a property management system, a trust accounting package and the translation work done by hand. Consolidating them also removes the reconciliation between systems that usually goes with running several at once.
