What does ListHQ replace?

ListHQ replaces the separate tools most Australian agencies stitch together: a CRM, a listings and portal-upload workflow, property management, and trust accounting. They run on one shared set of contacts, properties and tenancies, so a lead captured at an open home, the listing it relates to and the tenancy it later becomes are the same record rather than three copies in three systems.

How does the AI-assisted CRM work?

The CRM captures enquiries from portals, open homes and your own listings, then keeps every call, message and note against the contact. AI assists with the work around the record — drafting listing copy, translating enquiries and replies, and surfacing the next best action on each relationship — while an agent stays in control of what is sent.

Does ListHQ handle trust accounting?

Yes. Trust accounting is built into the platform and follows your state's trust accounting legislation, including separate sales and rental trust accounts, immutable entries corrected only by reversing entries, and monthly three-way reconciliation between the bank statement, the cashbook and individual ledger balances. Statements, receipts and ledger reports cite the act that applies in the state you operate in.

What is Halo and how do agents get buyer and renter briefs?

Halo is a reverse marketplace where a buyer or renter posts an anonymous brief describing what they want. Verified agents spend one Halo credit to send a private pitch on briefs that match their listings and area. The seeker decides whose response to accept, and contact details are released only then.

How does multilingual listing work?

You write the listing once in English and ListHQ produces translated versions of the title, description and highlights so buyers can read the property in their language. Enquiries arriving in another language are translated for you, and your reply is translated back, so the conversation stays in the language each side is most comfortable in.

What does it cost?

ListHQ is a subscription with three plans — Solo for an individual agent, Agency for a team, and Agency Pro for larger offices needing more seats and capacity. Every plan includes the full platform, and current prices for each are published on the ListHQ pricing page.
