What agents pay in subscriptions

On the agency side the cost is not one bill, it is a stack. Most Australian agencies run a CRM, property management software, trust accounting, a website and marketing toolset, and a portal arrangement — each billed separately, most per user or per door.

• Agency CRM — $50 – $150 per user, per month (estimated typical range).
• Property management software — $2 – $5 per managed door, per month, often with a monthly minimum (estimated typical range).
• Trust accounting — $50 – $200 per month, sometimes bundled with PM software (estimated typical range).
• Website and marketing tools — $50 – $300 per month (estimated typical range).
• Portal agency agreement — not publicly published; negotiated per agency and per area, so no honest range can be given.
